Vegan Vanilla, Berry and Mango Smoothie Bowl

How does ice cream for breakfast sound? Not really. But if ice cream was a breakfast dish, this smoothie bowl would be a fancier cousin. Unlike an ice cream, this smoothie bowl contains the fruit-enriched goodness of a smoothie and the satisfaction of eating out of a bowl. So it’s safe to say that it is the best of both worlds. With being fairly easy to make, this smoothie bowl is become a health phenomenon. Regardless of how you alter the recipe, it will load you up with high-octane nutrition.

Ingredients:

1 serving of Soyvita Sweetened Vanilla

1 cup of Mangoes

1 cup of Strawberries

1 cup of Blueberries

Handful of Spinach

1 cup of Coconut Water

Toppings:

Raisins

Granola

Coconut

Chia Seeds

Instructions:

You know the drill – blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Transfer it into a bowl.

Neatly arrange the toppings.
